An escape room is a themed room (or multiple smaller rooms within one game) where participants have to find physical keys, solve puzzles to find padlock codes, or complete tasks to reach the end goal of escaping.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your game time so we can sign you in and prep you for the game. You then get 60 minutes on the clock. Win or fail, we can take photos afterwards, so leave a little time for that too. Leave 90 minutes in total.

For teams of 3 or less people, the cost is £25 per person. For teams of 4 or more, the cost is £20 per person. A family ticket of 2 adults and 2 children is £60 or 1 adult and 3 children is £50. Additional children can be added on top of a family ticket at £10 per child each extra. You are welcome to come with fewer children; however, the minimum spend is £50.

We have designed Restaurant Rivals to be wheelchair friendly based on the standard width of a 50cm chair. Players with accessibility needs will need to book a game during Labels open hours (10am-5pm Monday – Saturday, 11am-4pm Sunday) to be able to use the lift to our floor. Players with accessibility needs will need to be accompanied by an able-bodied player to reach all the clues. Carers can play for free with a full paying player. However, there is a minimum spend of £50 for the game.

As parents ourselves, we are always searching for ways to keep the children amused. Having tested this room with our little ones, we are super happy to say that it is child approved! We recommend a minimum age of 6 years, and an adult will need to be present to help with reading and puzzle solving. Just choose ‘beginners’ level when booking. A playing adult is required to accompany children under 12. Children under 16 require an adult on site.

On the top floor of Labels shopping centre. Either enter from the main doors on the ground floor - head to the back of the store and go up the lift or stairs. Then head to the opposite end of the building, and we are to the left of the central cafe. Alternatively, park in the KFC car park and enter the building on the first floor where the Gateway cinema is situated. Head to the left of the cinema, and we are at the far end ahead of you. The third (and easiest) option is to head up the fire escape stairs to the right of the main entrance, which will take you directly to us. This will be the only way to get to us when the store is closed.

Labels Shopping is easily found without having to drive into the town of Ross on Wye, with plenty of free parking.
